Points And Rewards

From now on you can earn points, namely RCT Points.
You can redeem these points to determine your own discounts.

When making an order you get for every 10 € (EUR): 1 Point

The points will be allocated when the order has the following status “Completed”
The points will become visible in your account and will also be notified to you by email.
During the checkout of the order, you can see how many points you are currently allocated.

Earned points will be removed if an order is canceled or if an order is refunded.
If a discount code has been used, points will only be assigned to the total amount minus the coupon discount
For example:
€30 minus a coupon discount of €5
The user will therefore only earn points on an order value of €25

No points will be awarded for orders where points have been redeemed

Awarding points when a user registers: 2 points

Awarding points when a user fills in all user profile fields: 1 point

When you send a referral link to friend or family and an order or registration follows you earn 5 points
Referral points will be withdrawn if the referred user account is deleted or banned.

Assign points to users who reach levels

Assignable items:

5 points awarded to users who achieve level Silver

10 points awarded to users who achieve level Gold

15 points awarded to users who achieve level Platinum

0 - 500 = Bronze
501 - 1000 = Silver
1001 - 1500 = Gold
1501 = Platinum

Award points to users who leave a product review
Assignable points: 1 review(s) equals 1 point

Assign points based on orders placed
Points to be assigned: 10 Order(s) = 5 points ( repeat)

Reward conversion rate
10 Points = €1 (EUR) discount

Points redemption restrictions
Apply redemption restrictions

Maximum discount users can obtain €50 (EUR)

Minimum cart amount to redeem points €25 (EUR)

Minimum discount required for redemption €1 (EUR)

Maximum discount for a single product €50 (EUR)

Attention!!!

The points are determined only on the cost of the products.
Shipping costs are not included in the points system.
