⚠️ Important Notice – We Ship Exclusively Within the Netherlands

We would once again like to make it absolutely clear that we only ship orders to addresses within the Netherlands.

We do not ship internationally, and no exceptions will be made.

Why do we only ship within the Netherlands?

This decision has been made deliberately due to increasing attention and pressure from foreign governments, authorities, regulators, researchers and other organisations.

Laws and regulations concerning our products can differ significantly from one country to another and may also change regularly. Products offered under certain conditions in the Netherlands may be subject to different rules, restrictions or prohibitions in another country.

As the sender, we may face legal or other consequences when products are made available or shipped from the Netherlands across national borders.

To minimise these risks, we have therefore decided that our products will no longer be made available across Dutch national borders.

❌ No exceptions for existing or former customers

We understand that some customers have ordered from us in the past or have been customers for a long period of time.

However, this does not change our policy.

Therefore, there is no point in repeatedly contacting us by email, chat or other means to request an exception based on, for example:

• previous orders;
• a long customer history;
• previous international deliveries;
• the fact that international shipping was possible in the past;
• personal circumstances;
• a request for a “one-time” exception.

We do not make exceptions.

The fact that we previously shipped to certain countries or customers does not mean that we can or will do so again.

📦 No parcel shops or lockers just across the border

Our policy may also not be circumvented by using a Dutch delivery address when the shipment is ultimately intended for another country.

We therefore do not cooperate with arrangements involving parcel shops, parcel lockers, collection points or similar locations where the purpose is to subsequently take or forward the shipment across the border.

Shipping to a parcel shop or parcel locker just across the Dutch border is also not an alternative and is not offered by us.

The same applies to other arrangements that are clearly intended to circumvent our Netherlands-only shipping policy.

🇳🇱 Intended exclusively for delivery within the Netherlands

Our position is simple:

Our products are shipped exclusively within the Netherlands and are not intended to be made available by us across Dutch national borders through our webshop.

This restriction is not directed personally at individual customers. It is a general policy that we apply because of the legal and practical risks that international shipping may create for us as the sender.

We therefore kindly but firmly ask everyone to respect this policy and not to continue requesting exceptions or alternative cross-border arrangements.

Requests to ship abroad, to a foreign parcel shop, parcel locker or through another arrangement will be declined.

No exceptions – including for existing, former or long-standing customers.
