Wat betreft de beschikbaarheid van producten geldt dat het uitgesloten is dat wij stoffen aanbieden die zijn opgenomen op de Opiumlijst I en II. Wij verhandelen uitsluitend producten die buiten deze lijsten vallen. Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant om op de hoogte te zijn van welke stoffen onder deze wetgeving vallen. Het is daarom niet zinvol om herhaaldelijk verzoeken in te dienen voor producten die wettelijk verboden zijn.

Psychoactive Substances (NPS) banned in the Netherlands from 1 July 2025.

This change stems from the inclusion of many NPS in List I of the Opium Act under the so-called group bans for phenethylamines, cathinones, synthetic cannabinoids and fentanyl-like substances, among others.

Key points:
Possession, trade, manufacture and import/export of these substances will be punishable from 1 July 2025.

In particular, these are chemical variants of existing drugs that were previously legal because they were not yet explicitly banned.

The list includes many 2C derivatives, NBOMe variants, synthetic cathinones (such as 3-MMC analogues), synthetic cannabinoids (such as AKB48), and fentanyl-related substances, among others.

For whom is this relevant?
Webshops and smartshops that still have residual stocks of these substances must dispose of them by 1 July 2025.

Investigators and forensic laboratories face new regulations and reporting requirements.
